In this video, I baked the Bagles by myself. Kneading, fermentation, forming, fermentation, boiling and baking. These processes are all attractive and I do that remembering the old memory.
My skill and interests came from my mom, she gave me a lot of knowledges for me. It’s continued, and we always enjoy making something.
Baking breads is also one of them. But it’s been for a long time since my mom stopped growing the natural yeast up, at the same time, we didn’t bake breads for a long time.
So, this time, I don’t know why, I wanted to eat a bagle, I baked it.
It was so enjoyable that doing something long-no-doing.
Remembering little, forgetting little and remembering little… this circle is important for living. I can’t remember all things, so dividing is necessary. And, after dividing, I need to effort to remember and use it.
I can’t express my mind clearly, but to do something that I don’t do for a long time gives me new point of view.
